Stefan Kachala is a board certified thoracic surgeon, and Division Chief of Thoracic Surgery with Trinity Health of New England. He practice at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT and at Saint Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, CT. He employs a patient centered approach using robotic minimally invasive techniques for esophagectomy and lobectomy

Minimally invasive robotic surgery is employed for lobectomy, esophagectomy, and thymectomy in the treatment of lung, esophageal, and thymic cancers. As part of a Multidisciplinary Thoracic Oncology group including Yale Smilow Medical oncologists, and Trinity Physicians - we employ a team based approach in your cancer care.
